Not good. They said there's a pool, and find out theres none, we even bring swimwears . They should just be honest. The room is a bit old though..

The staff provided excellent customer service. Everyone was welcoming and really helpful. However, the rooms need to be fixed. Ours had a foul smell coming from the toilet drainage, the bathroom's sliding door wasn't functional, the small fridge wasn't functional, and the coffee maker wasn't functional either:(

This is a beautiful hotel. The vibe gives a romantic feeling. Great for couples and families. It has an updated security measure for the safety of the family. The employees provide a high standard of service to customers.

Very friendly staff. Do remember though that the junior suites do not have an unobstructed view of the Mt. Mayon ad there has been a construction in front of that. The hotel rooms are nice and spacious, though a bit dated.

The hotel was situated in a gated community, safe and perfect for families travelling. You can take a morning jog since it was inside a safe subdivision. The staff was accomodating ang friendly. Higjly recommended. Till next time.

If you want a quiet place to stay in Legazpi, this is the right hotel. As it is located inside a subdivision/village. Buffet breakfast is served, and parking spaces are available.

We were suppose to stay here for 5 days but we easily extended it to 12 Day stay. The hotel is in a gated community. No traffic so was very quiet. Hotel is lovely. Staff are wonderful, attentive, respectful and accommodating. Travelling with a senior PWD we had the ground floor room, near the restaurant But we were not disturbed by the noise. the hotel has no elevator, so we had to consider this. City access-The city is about 10 minutes ride to SM Mall.-Approach the receptionist to get you a tricycle if you would like to go out or walk to the gates and hail a tricycle. 30 minute walk to mall if you don't want a trike. Pros Staff at all levels-Great communication -prior to trip and during our stay. Clean rooms. Part of a Gated community - quiet area. Buffet breakfast-great. The food is so yummy for dinner- we had nearly every evening meal there. Cons -water pressure is low and not very hot at all. Leave the shower on for 10 minutes and it might start getting hot even on ground floor.
